Refund Policy

Try Nocto free for 7 days before you buy. If you buy it and it isn't right for you, you get your money back.

14 days, no questions

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund for any reason. Write to support@getnocto.app with the email address you bought with, or reply to your receipt email.

How it's paid back

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When the refund is issued, the license key stops working.

After 14 days we don't normally offer refunds, but if something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us and we'll make it right.
